'Avalon' is Roxy Music's eighth and final studio and their most successful. It's regarded as the culmination of the smoother, more adult-oriented sound of the band's later work. Includes the singles 'More Than This', 'Avalon' and 'Take a Chance with Me'.

The blu-ray audio features a new Dolby Atmos Mix by Bob Clearmountain, the 5.1 Surround Sound Mix (from the SACD) and the original 1982 stereo mix. Immersive Audio Album review said "Going up against arguably one of the best-ever 5.1 remixes of a classic album is an unenviable task, but Clearmountain and Davies have amazingly managed to outdo their past work".
